The Beast of the South East, organised by Reebok Crossfit 673 Brunei (www.reebokcrossfit673.com) is an annual competitive fitness event that tests the fitness and strength of participating athletes in multiple grueling workouts over the two day event. This year, the event will also host the top 24 male and female athletes from the South Sectional as an Asia Championships-sanctioned competition (www.asiachampionshipsofficial.com).
